In the MHH, there are two organisational units that jointly take care of  the employees: the department of Personnel Management (PM) and Personnel Development(PD).

 
The PD identifies the potential of employees, improves their skills and specifically prepares them for their tasks. It supports the strategic direction of the MHH and its ambition is to encourage the employees to optimally apply themselves.

 
The core task of the personnel management is personnel, remuneration and salary legal support of all staff, including AT associates and employees. At the same time, it takes on the functions of the child benefit fund and the "voluntary services" (including community services).    

 

 
We stand for efficient processes, innovative products, service orientation, and the balance between employer and employee interests.
