With the assistance of two bioinformatics scientists, the data obtained are processed and provided to customers. Necessary know-how for the data evaluation is communicated to our users in diverse courses.

    * So far no explicit standards have been established. The type of cooperation is to be agreed individually. ChIP-seq results are much more relevant if a supporting technology such as RNA-Seq or a methylation assay is used on the same samples.

    Some of the bioinformatics services are not standard services and can only be carried out with if the appropriate personell capacity is present and agreement is reached.

    • Provision and administration of a central Galaxy instance as a data analysis platform
    • • Provision of sufficient computational capacity for NGS applications with a High-Performance Computing Cluster (HPC-seq) (together with the ZIMt)
