Oral presentations last 15 minutes (10 minutes talk + 5 minutes discussion). Please be
sure to stay precisely within the time limit of 10 min for your talk. The Chairpersons will
rigidly interrupt your presentation, if you exceed the time limit. It is in the interest of all
participants to be able to alternate between sessions and come to a certain presentation
in time as indicated in the program. All presentations must be prepared as Microsoft
PowerPoint files. There will be no possibility for slide projection. Please hand your file on USB-stick or on CD to the technical staff in the lecture hall where your talk is to be held, at least ½ hr. before
the beginning of the session. Your presentation will have to be loaded on the Desktop of
the PC set up by the congress organization. Animations (videos) must be embedded in
the PowerPoint presentation.
Poster size is limited to 118 cm in height and 145 cm in width. Posters should be
fastened to the poster board by pins. They will be displayed throughout the day and,
therefore, should be mounted between 8 and 9 am and removed after 6 pm (on
Wednesday after 4:30 pm)
You will be informed by the Chairperson of your symposium about the duration of your
presentation. Contributions must be given as Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (see
