From A as in Afghanistan to V as in Vietnam: people from almost 100 countries study, work and do research at MHH, making the School one of the most international workplaces in the capital of Lower Saxony.
MHH is internationally renowned for excellence in patient care, research and teaching. Students, physicians and scientists from all over the world are evidently keen to come to Hannover to study, work and conduct research. International cooperative agreements and networks are constantly being expanded with other universities and hospitals worldwide. Furthermore, MHH organizes internships and semesters studying abroad for its students. And it wishes to strengthen its international outlook still further: 2016 saw the School awarded ‘Internationalizing Higher Education’ certification by the German Rectors’ Conference.
