Forschungsschwerpunkt

Der Forschungsschwerpunkt der Arbeitsgruppe beinhaltet die Analyse der pathogenetischen Mechanismen, die der Entstehung von Entzündung und Autoimmunität in verschiedenen Organsystemen zugrunde liegen. Mit Hilfe von molekularen Methoden untersuchen wir in der Maus die Funktion, Wirkungsweise und klinische Relevanz von Genen, die für verschiedene Rezeptorsysteme (u.a. IgG Fc Rezeptoren, FcγRI, FcγRIIB und FcγRIII), humorale Faktoren (u.a. späte Komponenten der Komplementkaskade), sowie intrazelluläre Signalproteine von GPCR (u.a. Gαi1-3 und PI3Kγ/δ
