Before You Go Home

Your bags are packed and you are waiting for the last consultation with your doctor. Please use this moment to think about anything you still may not be sure about:

• Do you know when you must take which medicines?
• When is your next check-up?
• Are there certain things you must or must not do?
• Is someone coming to take you home?
• Have you informed the ward you are leaving?
• Have you removed your valuables from the safe and returned your chip card to the machine to receive your deposit?

A stay in the hospital can change your entire life. If you have the feeling this new situation may be too much for you, please contact our social workers before you leave. They can for example help you apply for occupational rehabilitation or answer questions about legal matters.
