In addition to studying, vocational training at the MHH has a high priority. We offer young people a broad range of skilled occupations.. Currently, about 600 trainees in 14 occupations, such as assistant medical technician, medical assistant, computer scientist, administrator in health care, animal keepers, media specialists, butchers, etc., are being prepared in their profession.
 
A sound basic education is a good start in the professional life of a young person. But even afterwards, a lifelong willingness to learn is essential. The rapid succession of technological and social developments nowadays requires a permanent updating of knowledge and therefore, constant further development and training.
 
Human resources development is part of our higher education strategy. It promotes the personal and professional qualifications of all employees and provides social, methodological and technical skills.
