Graduate School of Excellence
On October 13th 2006, HBRS was awarded the title "excellent graduate school". HBRS will now receive 1 Million Euro/year for 5 years from the German government in course of the German "Excellence Initiative". These funds will be spent on coordination, stipends, training etc.
HBRS was founded in October 2003. Under its roof all graduate programs (see left) of Hannover Medical School and partner institutes are coordinated.
