• Reconstructive interventions in the arterial system, like e. g. thromboendarterectomies of the carotid artery, operations concerning supra aortic vessels, aorta replacements, reconstructions of the pelvic and femoral arteries, but also pedale bypassing

The clinic’s service offer covers the entire spectrum of the open and endovascular surgery as well as interventional (via catheters) treatments, like e.g. the insertion of stents.

 

Treatment of arterial vessels
We regularly perform surgical treatments of vessels in the arterial system, like e.g. the removal of carotid artery obliterations, reconstructions of the pelvic, renal, and femoral artery, all sorts of bypassing as well as decompression interventions in case of TOS (thoracic outlet-syndrome) routinely.

 

Treatment of venous vessels incl. venous valves and caval veins
We offer the treatment of varicose veins (varix) and the chronic venous insufficiency to the full extent. The removal of acute coagulums (thrombosis) of the pelvic - and femoral veins with PTA/stent implantation and lysis therapy (medicamentous dissolving of the coagulum) is also part of our treatment spectrum.

In the clinic the surgical and interventional therapy of diseases of venous valves as well as the replacement of deep veins and the caval vein system are being performed regularly.

Preserved human prostheses (homotransplants)
